Details
An evening market in the Warwickshire countryside, open to everyone. Thirteen merchants and a workshop, hot supper and two mocktails on the Passbook, and a Golden Hour in each of the two sittings.
The evening runs twice
Choose either the early or the later admission time. The same merchants trade during both, each has its own Golden Hour, and your ticket admits you to the one you choose. Places are limited within each, and live availability is shown when you book.

The No. I workshop · Studio Gallimore
Build your own fresh flower hatbox
Spend 45 minutes making your own fresh-flower hatbox arrangement in a quieter workshop area away from the market floor. Studio Gallimore will guide you through preparing the hatbox and stems, arranging fresh flowers and foliage, and finishing your piece with a chiffon ribbon of your choosing.
Everything is provided, no experience is expected, and your finished arrangement is yours to take home.

The Golden Hour
Each sitting has its own, and your admission carries you to the one belonging to the sitting you booked.
At the Golden Hour, Passbook holders receive their second Mercantile Mocktail and a homemade macaron. The rest is a surprise. The hint is in the name.

What admission includes
Marked entries are carried by the Passbook Admission. Everything else is open to every admission, including the free one.
- 01
The Mercantile PassbookPassbook
A printed guide with a page for every merchant: who they are, what they make, and the offers most of them are putting on for the night. Collect a stamp at each stall and a completed Passbook earns you free admission to No. II.
- 02
SupperPassbook
Hot artisan sourdough pizza from the oven, with a choice of toppings. Crisps and nuts to begin, homemade cookies and fresh fruit alongside, and a macaron at the Golden Hour. Enough that there is no need to eat before you come or after you leave.
- 03
The Mercantile MocktailPassbook
A choice of two seasonal mocktails, made by us and containing no alcohol. The first is served as you arrive and the second at the Golden Hour. What is in them is decided by the season, and by the time you get there.
- 04
The Well
Still and sparkling water, infused with fruit and garden herbs. Help yourself throughout the evening. The Well is open to everyone, whichever ticket you hold.
- 05
The Host’s Desk
Our help desk for the evening. Directions, a table found, a merchant introduced, help with a lift enquiry, or any small matter needing attention.
- 06
Free parking
Free, and held for ticket holders, so arriving is the easy part of the evening.
- 07
The Parcel Office
Our staffed desk for the things you buy. Hand them over and carry on with your hands free; everything is waiting for you as you leave, so nothing you buy early stops you enjoying the rest of it.

Getting there
The hall is in the countryside, and the last sitting finishes at 21:30. If you would rather not drive, say so when you book and we will try to find you a lift.
- Where
- Rowington Village Hall, Warwick CV35 7DB. Open in maps.
- Parking
- Free, and held for admission holders, with attendants on the car park to help you find a space.
- Sharing a lift
- The booking form asks two questions: whether you could take someone from your area, and whether you would like a lift from yours. We put the right people in touch with each other. We cannot promise a lift either way, and we will tell you plainly if we cannot find one.
- Coming and going
- Arrive any time during the sitting you booked. Early admission runs 17:00–19:00, with The Golden Hour No. 1 at 18:30. Later admission runs 19:30–21:30, with The Golden Hour No. 2 at 21:00. The hall is closed between 19:00 and 19:30, so an admission does not carry across from one sitting to the other.
- Come as you are
- There is no dress code and no expectation either way. Come from wherever you have been.
- Bringing others
- Three admissions or more are taken at the lower rate, bought together on one order.
- Access
- Step-free access, a disabled WC, and separate men’s and women’s toilets.
- Anything else
- Anything about the journey, or an access need we have not covered — ask through Correspondence and we will answer plainly.
Admission is limited to 300, so that the room may be properly enjoyed.
